Assist with preparing raw materials, assembling products, and operating and monitoring machinery on the production line.
Package and label products for storage or shipment, ensuring they meet company quality and specification standards.
Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment within the factory or warehouse using dollies, pallet jacks, or forklifts. Assist with inventory counts and report any material deficiencies.
Inspect finished products or components for defects, removing any that are faulty and reporting issues to a supervisor.
Keep workstations and the production floor clean and organized by sweeping, mopping, and removing waste. Clean and perform minor maintenance on production equipment and tools.
Adhere to all health and safety standards, company policies, and manufacturing guidelines at all times to ensure a secure work environment.
Work effectively with other team members and communicate any issues, delays, or equipment malfunctions to the shift supervisor.
