We are looking for an experienced and dedicated

Factory Foreman

to manage operations at our

wooden furniture manufacturing facility

. This is a

permanent position

for a professional with

at least 10 years of experience in a woodworking or furniture production environment

, capable of joining immediately.

The ideal candidate will lead factory staff, maintain high-quality production standards, and ensure that daily operations run smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all production activities in the wooden factory, ensuring efficient workflow and output. Oversee machine operations, wood cutting, assembling, polishing, and finishing processes. Ensure that products meet the required design, quality, and safety standards. Manage and train factory workers, carpenters, and machine operators. Monitor production timelines and coordinate with the planning team to meet deadlines. Maintain tools, equipment, and machinery, ensuring proper functioning and safety. Enforce health and safety regulations specific to woodworking environments. Control material usage and minimize wastage.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Wood Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field. Minimum

10 years of experience

in a

wooden furniture or woodworking factory

, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of wood types, joinery, finishing techniques, and carpentry machinery. Leadership and team management skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production plans. Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
