Kinetics Group is a UAE-based company specializing in acoustic and MEP solutions with a focus on precision sheet metal fabrication and engineering excellence. We are seeking an experienced Factory Foreman to oversee daily sheet metal fabrication operations, manage production targets, and lead the factory team to deliver high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily sheet metal fabrication as per project drawings and specifications.
Manage factory workers, allocate manpower efficiently, and track productivity.
Handle multiple production jobs simultaneously and meet delivery deadlines.
Monitor material usage, optimize wastage, and maintain proper storage.
Conduct quality checks and ensure HSE compliance.
Maintain machines, tools, and overall factory organization.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in sheet metal fabrication.
Strong knowledge of fabrication processes and ability to read shop drawings.
Good leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Diploma or technical training in the fabrication/mechanical field preferred.
