Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate composite production activities on the factory floor.
Ensure adherence to
composite layup, molding, curing, and finishing procedures
.
Implement and maintain
5S
workplace organization and cleanliness.
Monitor productivity, quality, and safety of the production team.
Provide training, guidance, and support to production staff.
Coordinate with QA/QC and engineering teams for process improvements.
Maintain equipment and ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
Enforce compliance with HSE and company policies.
Requirements:
Minimum
10 years
of experience in
composite manufacturing
(carbon fiber, fiberglass, etc.).
Proven leadership experience in a
factory or production
environment.
Strong knowledge and practical application of
5S and lean manufacturing
.
Familiarity with safety and quality standards in composite production.
Excellent communication and team management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month

Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
