Facilities Management Sales Executive - Dubai
Location:
Dubai, UAEWe are looking for a
dynamic Sales Executive
with experience inFacilities Management (FM)
to join our team in Dubai. If you are passionate about business development and have a strong network in the UAE, this role is for you.Responsibilities:
Develop new business opportunities in Facilities Management (Hard & Soft services). Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and facility managers. Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts. Achieve monthly/annual sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Requirements:
2-4 years of sales experience in FM, MEP, or related industry in the UAE. Strong client network within real estate/property management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. UAE Driving License is
preffered.
Bachelor's degree preferred..
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
