Job description:
We are looking for Soft Services Supervisor who has very close past experience in managing the team of cleaners in terms of training, attendance, grooming.
Experience supervising a housekeeping team is mandatory
The supervisor will also be responsible for all customers complaints that is due to poor service, late arrivals, and over all behavior of cleaners, office staffs etc.
The candidate must have a high knowledge of chemicals used for cleaning, machines used and must demonstrate a very high knowledge of deep cleaning procedures.

Education qualification: Diploma
BICSc Certified or Trained.
Must have 4-5 years relevant experience in soft facility management industry
Communication: English, Hindi
Valid UAE car driving license (Manual)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,400.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
