Facility Operator

Job Description
Operate and monitor HVAC systems, chillers, AHUs, and PACU units.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
Identify and report equipment malfunctions.
Maintain operational logs and records.
Support troubleshooting and basic repairs under supervision.
Comply with safety, environmental, and maintenance standards.
Qualifications & Experience
ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance. Basic understanding of PACU, VRF, and control systems. Good communication skills in English (spoken & written).
Contract: 3 Months
