We are seeking a skilled

BMS (Building Management System) Operator

to monitor, control, and maintain building automation systems for a reputed organization in Qatar. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal performance of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems through the BMS platform, enhancing operational efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and operate the Building Management System (BMS) for HVAC, lighting, energy, and other facility systems. Detect, troubleshoot, and report system faults or alarms promptly. Coordinate with technical teams for maintenance, upgrades, and repairs. Ensure optimal energy usage and system performance through BMS controls. Maintain accurate logs, records, and reports of system performance and incidents. Support preventive maintenance programs and operational efficiency initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.

Qualification, Experience, and Skills:

Diploma, ITI, or Trade Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant technical stream. Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating BMS in facility maintenance. Strong technical knowledge of BMS platforms, HVAC controls, and building automation systems. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system alarms and faults efficiently. Good communication and teamwork skills. Locally available in Qatar with valid visa and QID.
