We are seeking a skilled

Chiller Operator

to operate, maintain, and monitor chiller systems for a reputed organization in Qatar. The ideal candidate will ensure chillers and associated cooling equipment function efficiently, reliably, and safely, supporting optimal facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor chiller plants, cooling towers, and associated equipment. Conduct regular inspections to ensure chillers are running efficiently and safely. Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs to reduce system downtime. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical faults in chiller systems. Collaborate with other technicians and engineering teams for major repairs and system upgrades. Maintain accurate logs, records, and reports of chiller operations and maintenance activities. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, local codes, and organizational standards.

Qualification, Experience, and Skills:

Diploma, ITI, or Trade Certificate in Mechanical, HVAC, or relevant technical stream. Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating and maintaining chillers in facility management. Strong technical knowledge of chiller systems, pumps, valves, and cooling towers. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues efficiently. Good communication and teamwork skills. Locally available in Qatar with valid visa and QID.
