We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee all building-related activities. He will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and well-functioning. The ideal candidate will be well-organized and able to optimize the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs. The goal is to ensure our business\xe2\x80\x99s accommodation is problem-free and safe so that employees can work under the best conditions. a. Facilities Manager is a profession who can handle and ensure the services who needs of the workers camp and by inspecting and repairing electrical and plumbing works.
b. Candidate should carry out regular works and controlling of manpower on daily basis as per the work schedule by the all the sites.
c. Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity etc.) and refurbishments
d. Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
e. Inspect buildings\xe2\x80\x99 structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
f. Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs
g. Supervise all staff facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) and external contractors
h. Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc.
i. Allocate office space according to needs
j. Keep financial and non-financial records Perform analysis and forecasting
k. His primary responsibilities are security and maintenance and housekeeping activities.
l. Follow-up for the maintenance receipts and payments, submission of invoices to the customers.
m. Carry out of pesticides activities, fire hydrant, fire alarms / detector renovation and maintenance of building such as painting, plumbing works on quarterly / half yearly basis.
n. Knowledge of obtains of SEWA and DEWA new connections for the new buildings and he should have well knowledge in the real estate. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED8,000.00 per month
