Job Description

ONLY MALE / ARABIC CAN APPLY The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the organization\'s facilities, including buildings, grounds, and equipment. They work closely with other departments to ensure that facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Key Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and implement maintenance and repair programs for buildings, grounds, and equipment \xe2\x80\xa2 Supervise maintenance staff and contractors to ensure work is completed on time and to a high standard \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance and repair needs \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and manage maintenance budgets, and negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers \xe2\x80\xa2 Implement strategies to improve energy efficiency and reduce operating costs \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes, and maintain necessary permits and licenses \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate with other departments to plan and execute facility-related projects, such as renovations or expansions \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work, and provide regular reports to senior management \xe2\x80\xa2 Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously seek opportunities to improve facility management processes Qualifications and Skills: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field \xe2\x80\xa2 5-7 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a large organization \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong leadership and team management skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of building systems, such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with facility management software and computer-aided design (CAD) programs \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions \xe2\x80\xa2 Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Ability to commute/relocate:
