We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Manager to oversee building maintenance operations and ensure the efficient functioning of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Building Facilities Maintenance and Management with hands-on experience in the Gulf region, particularly Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations and maintenance of commercial/residential facilities
Lead a team of technicians, cleaners, and maintenance staff
Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with Qatari safety and health regulations
Prepare budgets, maintenance schedules, and vendor contracts
Liaise with clients and contractors to ensure smooth operations
Handle emergency maintenance and troubleshooting issues
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management or building maintenance (preferably in the Gulf region)
