Facility Management Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage soft services including: Cleaning & housekeeping Pest control Landscaping & waste management Monitor daily operations to ensure service quality and compliance with client expectations Conduct site inspections and prepare reports on service performance Manage and train cleaning and support staff Maintain stock levels of consumables and cleaning materials Liaise with maintenance (hard service) teams for basic coordination of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues Ensure compliance with UAE health & safety standards and FM policies

Job Requirements:

Minimum

5 years of soft services supervision experience

, with at least

2-3 years in the UAE

Strong understanding of cleaning protocols, staff management, and customer service Basic technical understanding of hard services (MEP coordination) Familiarity with UAE labor laws, FM regulations, and safety practices Proficiency in MS Office and FM software tools Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or certification in Facility Management or related field Health & Safety training (e.g., BICSc, IOSH, or similar certifications)
