Maintenance & Operations: Inspect buildings regularly to identify repair needs, overseeing plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, and general repairs.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure all facilities meet health, safety, and security regulations; manage fire safety, emergency, and security protocols.
Administrative & Financial: Prepare and manage operational budgets, track costs, and maintain records of maintenance and repairs.
Supervising cleaning and maintenance staff.
Coordinating office moves and renovations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, or business administration is often required or preferred.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft package.
Must have Valid QID, can provide NOC to transfer.
Must have Valid Qatar Driving License.
