Company Overview:
Cold Star Trading & Contracting, a leading company in the MEP and HVAC industry, is looking for a skilled Facility Maintenance Engineer to join our facility management division. We specialize in delivering high-quality maintenance solutions to ensure the smooth operation of our clients' facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all facility maintenance activities (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil). Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. Monitor equipment performance and ensure timely repairs. Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure service quality. Prepare maintenance reports and update management on progress. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facility maintenance (Qatar or GCC experience preferred). Strong knowledge of MEP systems and maintenance practices. Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage). Valid Qatar driving license (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
