Apt Resources is seeking a skilled MEP Engineer to join our client's prestigious team at a Royal Palace. In this prominent role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the palace. You will ensure that all systems function efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of safety and comfort in this unique environment.

Salary: AED9,000-AED10,000 plus accommodation, and Food provided.

In this prominent role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the palace. You will ensure that all systems function efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of safety and comfort in this unique environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of MEP systems, identifying issues and implementing corrective actions
- Manage maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
- Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff and contractors
- Troubleshoot and resolve MEP system malfunctions and inefficiencies
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety and building codes
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, issues, and resolutions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless facility operations
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP engineering or facility maintenance
- Strong knowledge of building systems, codes, and regulations
- Proven experience in managing maintenance projects and teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in maintenance management software is a plus
- Ability to work flexibly and respond to emergencies quickly
- Must have a valid UAE driving License
