URGENT HIRING: Facility / Move in - Move out Inspector
(Male) - Abu Dhabi
Job Role (Move-In/Move-Out Inspector):
Inspect apartments/units during tenant move-in and move-out.
Record damages and maintenance issues.
Take photos and complete inspection checklists.
Submit reports to management.
Communicate politely with clients.
Coordinate with the maintenance team when needed.
Requirements:
Experience in property inspection/facilities coordination.
Good English communication skills.
Ability to take photos and fill inspection checklists.
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and AC (preferred).
