We are seeking highly motivated Admin & Facility Coordinator to join our team. In the role, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to visa applicants and other visitors. Key Responsibilities:
Well experienced in Admin related works & Facilities Management
Admin Vendor Management
Knowledge of Local Procurement
Must have knowledge In ERP system (added value if the candidate has the SAP MM Module experience)
Should have experience for organizing the local event in the office.
Coordination with mall management/landlord experience
Store Management knowledge
Experienced in Stationery and Grocery Inventory management & Replenishment.
Experience to manage the Admin Asset Management
Experienced to manage the company Fleets.
Well experienced with Outsourced Staff Management
Experienced to manage the Admin Petty cash management.
Able to manage well Utility Bills / Payment before the due dates.
Able to manage the Telecommunication services.
Experienced to manage the Admin Contracts
Should have experience on Staff Uniform Issuance & record keeping.
Able to Coordinate with Marketing Team for New Design / Change in signages.
Candidate should have Multi-tasking skill.
Candidate must be flexible to work extended hours based on nature of works/business requirements .
