Facilities Management Executive

Job Description
We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Management Executive with a background in Civil Engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, managing building infrastructure, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth functioning of facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day facility operations and maintenance activities.
Conduct regular inspections of infrastructure and building systems.
Plan and oversee minor civil repair works and renovations.
Prepare and read technical drawings using AutoCAD for space planning, repair layouts, and project documentation.
Manage service contracts, vendor coordination, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Monitor energy usage and implement cost-effective solutions.
Support in budgeting, reporting, and documentation of all facilities-related activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Fresher
Proficiency in AutoCAD for civil drawings and layout planning.
Good understanding of building systems, civil maintenance, and safety standards.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
