A reputed Real Estate Co. in Kuwait is looking for hiring of following position: Facilities Management Coordinator: Responsible For; - Collection of monthly rental amounts from tenants in coordination with building guard and accountant - Escalation to office bearers for delayed rent from tenants - Coordination for preventive and routine maintenance of all equipment (Air-Conditioning, Electrical, Mechanical and Elevators etc..) - Close coordination with maintenance vendors / contractors for maintenance calls according to contractual agreements - Maintaining all records and data for maintenance carried out in all residential buildings - Coordinate and monitor contractors' performance on all maintenance services for the buildings - Coordinate with Operations Supervisor for all maintenance and purchasing needs - Receives, manages, and processes work order requests; ensures problems are resolved quickly and timely - Maintain building cleanliness and hygiene by supervising the building premises periodically - Ensure all regulatory requirements and government documents are valid for the properties in coordination with administrative team - Ensure safety standards are followed throughout the building facilities - Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements: - Excellent Organizational & Communication Skills (English & Arabic) - Strong knowledge of facilities management operations - Minimum experience of 3-4 years (Preferably in Facility Management) - Kuwaiti Driving License with Car (Mandatory) - Available to join immediately Candidates who meet above requirements with valid transferable residency (article 18) Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to KD1.000 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
