Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive

Facilities Engineer

to oversee the operation, maintenance, and optimization of high-rise towers. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge in

Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP)

and

HVAC systems

, ensuring all building services run efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of tower facilities, ensuring optimal performance of all building systems. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of HVAC, electrical panels, plumbing systems, and fire safety equipment. Supervise and coordinate with technicians, service providers, and contractors for reactive and planned maintenance. Monitor energy consumption and implement strategies for energy efficiency and cost reduction. Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards. Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and coordinate swift resolution. Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, equipment inventory, and incident reports. Participate in renovation and upgrade projects, providing technical input and ensuring seamless integration of MEP systems. Develop and deliver training programs and toolbox talks for technical staff. Liaise with tenants, clients, and internal teams to address facility-related concerns professionally.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in high-rise towers. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (FAHU, AHU, VRF, Chillers, DX Units), plumbing networks, and electrical distribution. Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) and energy management tools. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
