Assist in project planning, execution, and supervision of construction and refurbishment works.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for facility upgrades and repairs.
Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Monitor and ensure compliance with local regulatory and safety standards.
Review technical drawings, as-built plans, and O&M manuals.
Conduct site inspections and issue snag/punch lists with timely follow-ups for closure
Ensure that all fit-out and renovation works adhere to mall/building operational policies, fire safety, and authority regulations (e.g., Civil Defense, QCDD).
Monitor contractor performance, conduct risk assessments, and ensure timely handover of deliverables.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management, construction, or MEP-related fields.
Strong understanding of BMS, HVAC, electrical, FA & FF and plumbing infrastructure.
Experience in managing contractors, project works, and maintenance operations.
Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other facility management software is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle emergency situations effectively.
