Job Description
We are seeking a qualified
FM Engineer
to manage and oversee the maintenance, operation, and technical performance of building systems. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth facility operations, energy efficiency, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, and mechanical systems. Monitor and manage preventive maintenance schedules. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions. Coordinate with contractors, service providers, and internal teams for smooth facility operations. Maintain records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs. Prepare reports on system performance, maintenance costs, and improvement recommendations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in
Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Management Engineering
.3-7 years
of experience in facilities management or building maintenance. Strong knowledge ofHVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems
. Familiarity with FM software and maintenance management systems. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills. Knowledge of local regulations and authority requirementsJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
