Facilities Engineer
Job Description
undertaking technical studies including site investigations
Knowledge of FM-related civil works
using a range of computer software for developing detailed designs
Proven experience in BOQ, tendering, estimation and preparing quotations
liaising with clients and a variety of professionals
compiling job specs and supervising tendering procedures
resolving design and development problems
managing budgets and project resources
scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries
making sure the project complies with legal requirements, especially health and safety
assessing the sustainability and environmental impact of projects
ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
Diploma (Required)
Experience:
Facilities Management: 3 years (Required)
