Plan, implement, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all facility systems.
Manage the operation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and mechanical systems to ensure smooth performance.
Conduct routine inspections and audits of building infrastructure to identify areas for improvement.
Prepare maintenance schedules, work orders, and documentation in compliance with company standards and statutory requirements.
Monitor and optimize energy usage, implement energy-saving initiatives, and maintain sustainability practices.
Liaise with contractors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and project work; ensure compliance with SLAs and safety protocols.
Support facility expansion, renovation, or upgrade projects, including design reviews, technical evaluations, and commissioning.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations within the facility premises.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and asset lifecycle management.
Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and troubleshoot system failures.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Preferably: Certificate in Business Management course
Experience:
8-10 years of relevant experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or MEP operations.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection, and building automation systems (BAS/BMS).
