Al-Dhafra Electromechanic company LLC is looking for an experienced Facilities Engineer to manage and optimize various projects and operations, including maintenance, soft services, security services, and fit-out works.

Responsibilities:

Manage facilities and projects, ensuring optimal operations.

Prepare material requisitions and quotations.

Maintain client relationships and analyze their requirements.

Conduct site visits and inspections.

Handle petty cash and financial transactions.

Prepare preventive maintenance plans.

Market and generate new business opportunities.

Oversee MEP, Civil, Soft, and Security Services.

Monitor performance of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.

Compliance: Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and building codes.

Keep up-to-date with the latest industry standards and practices.

Teamwork: Collaborate with the property management team to schedule maintenance tasks and prioritize projects.

Communicate effectively with colleagues and property residents.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a reputed university.

2+ years of experience in the UAE FM industry.

UAE Driving License, SOE Card, and MOE equivalency certificate.

Strong project management and client relationship skills.

Experience in preventive maintenance planning and implementation.
