Key Responsibilities
Perform various facial treatments including cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, hydration, anti-aging, and specialized therapies.
Analyze clients' skin to recommend suitable treatments and products.
Maintain strong knowledge of skincare trends, products, and treatment techniques.
Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction.
Recommend and promote skincare products and treatment packages.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation of tools, equipment, and treatment areas.
Keep accurate records of client treatments and preferences.
Communicate effectively and fluently in
English
with clients and team members.
Follow salon standards, protocols, and safety procedures.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Facialist or Skincare Specialist in a salon or spa.
Knowledge of different skin types, conditions, and facial treatments.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Customer-focused, friendly, and reliable.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
Fluent in English
(spoken and understood).
