Job Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate

Facial Technician

to join our growing beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in

cosmetic skin treatments

, a deep understanding of

skin and body care products

As a Facial Technician, your main responsibility will be to provide a range of beauty services tailored to our clients' needs while ensuring the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism. Your expertise will help us enhance client satisfaction, improve customer retention, and strengthen our company's reputation in the wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed

skin analyses

and understand client needs through consultation. Perform

facial treatments

,

chemical peels

,

skin rejuvenation therapies

, and

body/facial hair removal

procedures using appropriate techniques and devices. Educate clients on procedures and post-treatment skincare routines. Manage

appointments

and

client records

accurately. Advise clients on skincare and cosmetic product use;

cross-sell

treatments and products when appropriate. Maintain high standards of

cleanliness

and

hygiene

, including

sterilization of tools and equipment

after each use. Ensure treatment areas are clean, stocked, and organized at all times. Follow all

Health and Safety protocols

, clinic policies, and procedures. Attend internal

training sessions

, staff meetings, and stay up-to-date with industry standards. Assist the team with various clinic duties and take on new tasks as required by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of

2 years' experience

in the beauty or skincare industry.

Certification or diploma

in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or related field. In-depth knowledge of

skin types

, treatment procedures, and cosmetic products. Strong

multi-tasking

and

time management

abilities.

Excellent customer service

and

communication skills

. Well-groomed with a

professional appearance

and attention to personal hygiene. Ability to

work flexible hours

, including weekends if required. Fluency in

English

; Arabic is a plus.
