Job Summary

Facial Technician responsibilities include conducting skin analyses,giving cosmetics treatments and using devices and diff erenttechniques. To be successful in this role, you should haveexperience with beauty therapies and good knowledge of skin andbody care products. Ultimately, you will increase client satisfactionand boost our company's reputation by providing professionalbeauty services.

Job Responsibilities 1

Evaluating clients' beauty needs by asking questions andperforming skin analyses. Providing facial and body hairremoval treatments. Explaining all treatment procedures toclients. Performing various skin treatments according toclients' needs, such as peels, facials, and skin rejuvenationtreatments. Enhance clients' beauty by providing them withhair removal treatments that involve both facial and bodyhair Manage appointments and follow-up visits Off eringclients advice on cosmetic and skincare products. Properlysterilizing beauty tools and equipment after every use.Ensuring that used inventory is replaced. Cross-sell beautyproducts and additional treatments, when appropriate.Update client records with contact details and treatmentsreceived To adhere to Health and Safety regulations byusing safe work practices. To turn off equipment and lightsafter use.

Enhances department and organization reputation byaccepting ownership for accomplishing new and diff erentrequests and exploring opportunities to add value to jobaccomplishments. Demonstrates good communicationskills, interacts eff ectively with patients, visitors and otherstaff Ensures annual competencies are current according toMOPH and local guidelines. Attends meetings pertinent todepartment when requested. Follows clinic policies andprocedures. Works within the Professional Code ofConduct. Reports unsafe practice to Head of Nursing /Nursing Supervisor/GM/CMO. Maintains confi dentiality inmatters related to patient, family and client facility staff .Any other task as assigned by management on a time-to-time basis as per the organization's needs.
Job Knowledge and Skills

Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage timeeff ectively Relevant qualifi cation in beauty therapy. Provenexperience working in the beauty industry. Knowledge ofproducts and services to sell, refer or utilize. The ability towork fl exible hours. Excellent communication skills.Exceptional customer service skills. A professionalappearance. Personal Hygiene Planning and OrganizingCommunication and Time Management Skills Marketing ofservices and skills
Job Experience

Minimum 2 years of Experience with certifi cate orequivalent experience
