Facebook Ads / Targeting Specialist (Real Estate, Dubai)

WAY Real Estate is a boutique real estate agency based in Dubai, working with premium residential projects and international clients. We are looking for an experienced Facebook Ads / Targeting Specialist with proven experience in Dubai real estate.

Responsibilities:

Launching, managing, and scaling Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns Generating leads for Dubai real estate (off-plan, secondary, luxury properties) Testing audiences, creatives, offers, and funnels Optimizing CPL, lead quality, and conversion rates Analyzing campaign performance and funnel metrics Working closely with sales and marketing teams

Requirements:

Mandatory experience with real estate agencies in Dubai Clear understanding of the Dubai property market and buyer segments (GCC, UK, EU, CIS, etc.) Proven cases with numbers (CPL, budgets, lead volume, performance) Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager Experience working with mid to high advertising budgets English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
