Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, managing social media content, and ensuring a strong online presence for our brand and projects.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for real estate projects. Create and edit short-form video content (property tours, reels, lifestyle videos) for social media. Design marketing creatives and posters using Canva or Adobe Suite. Develop and manage content calendars for social media and blogs. Handle basic SEO tasks to improve online presence and website rankings. Manage WordPress website updates (content uploads, project pages). Execute email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to generate leads. Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and optimize for better ROI. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales goals.

Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing (real estate experience preferred). Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms. Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite for designing creatives. Basic understanding of SEO and WordPress. Experience with video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar). Strong analytical and communication skills. Based in Dubai and available for immediate joining (preferred).
