3-4 Years (Dubai-based), with strong exposure to

high-rise building projects



Salary Range:



AED

5,000 - 7,000

per month (based on experience and qualifications)

Job Summary:



We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Facade Surveyor

to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in

facade surveying for high-rise buildings

, with in-depth knowledge of

Dubai's construction codes, standards, and industry practices

. This role requires technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering

high-quality facade installations

.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct

accurate surveys

and inspections of

facade systems

on

high-rise structures

, including

curtain walls, cladding, glazing systems

, and

architectural features

. Perform

site measurements

and verify

as-built conditions

against design drawings and specifications. Ensure compliance with

local and international facade standards

and

Dubai Municipality regulations

. Coordinate with

designers, consultants, contractors, and project managers

to resolve facade-related issues. Prepare

detailed facade survey reports

, including

dimensional data, deviations, and quality observations

. Support

quality control

processes during

facade installation

, including

mock-ups, material approvals, and performance testing

. Assist in

planning facade survey strategies

, using tools like

Total Stations, Laser Scanners, and other measurement technologies

. Maintain

project documentation

, including survey data, drawings, and photographic records. Identify

potential facade defects or risks

and recommend

remedial actions

.

Qualifications and Skills:



?

Bachelor's degree

or

Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field


?

3-4 years

of

relevant facade surveying experience in Dubai

, with focus on

high-rise projects


? Proficiency in

AutoCAD, Revit

, and

surveying equipment (Total Station, 3D Laser Scanners, etc.)


? Strong understanding of

facade systems

, materials, and installation techniques
? Excellent

analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills


? Ability to work

independently

and

collaboratively

under tight deadlines

Preferred Skills (Optional):



Certification in

Facade Engineering

or

Building Envelope Inspection

Knowledge of

BIM workflows

in facade design and execution
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
