: Facade Manager (High Rise Buildings)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Facade Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing high-rise building facade projects in the UAE. Your role will involve overseeing all aspects of facade construction, ensuring timely completion, adherence to quality standards, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management:

Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or challenges. Manage project changes and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Quality Assurance:

Establish and enforce quality control measures throughout the project. Inspect and approve materials, equipment, and workmanship. Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with standards.

Safety Management:

Implement and maintain strict safety protocols on the job site. Conduct safety inspections and training sessions. Ensure compliance with all local safety regulations.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Communicate project progress and address client concerns effectively. Ensure client satisfaction and exceed expectations.

Cost Management:

Monitor and control project costs to ensure profitability. Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve favorable terms. Prepare and submit accurate financial reports.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in facade project management, specifically in high-rise building construction. Proven track record of successful project delivery in Dubai. Strong knowledge of facade systems, materials, and construction techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
