Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Measure, cut, and fit facade components using hand and power tools. Install cladding panels, framework, sub-structures, insulation, and other facade systems to technical specifications. Read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications. Use appropriate fixings and supports to secure facades to building exteriors. Work at height safely using scaffolding, access platforms, or MEWPs. Collaborate with site managers, facade engineers, and other trades on-site. Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and industry standards. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Carry out finishing tasks such as sealing, flashing, and waterproofing.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a joiner in facade installation or similar construction projects. Competent in using joinery tools and equipment. Ability to read construction drawings and plans. Safe pass (or equivalent) will be advantage. If not in place the candidate will be required to under the training upon commencement of employment . NO issue with working at heights Strong understanding of health and safety practices on construction sites. Good communication and teamwork skills. Reliable, punctual, and professional.

Pay: AED13,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
