Job Opening: Facade Project Manager

Future Scaffolding and Aluminium Company is in need of a reliable Facade Project Manager to support our operations in Dubai Industrial City (DIC).

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end facade project delivery -- from design coordination to installation and handover. Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Review and approve facade drawings, materials, and technical submittals. Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met. Monitor site progress, quality, safety compliance, and project documentation. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery. Supervise and mentor project engineers and site teams. Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Architectural Engineering (or equivalent).

7-10 years of experience

in facade, aluminium, or curtain wall project management. Strong understanding of facade systems, materials, fabrication, and installation techniques. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines. Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office. GCC/UAE experience preferred.
