Responsibilities
Review drawings, BOQ, and project specs
Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates
Obtain and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations
Provide value engineering options
Coordinate with design and procurement teams
Maintain organized estimation files
Qualifications
Bachelor's in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
2-5 years
facade estimation experience
Strong knowledge of facade systems
Proficient in AutoCAD and Excel
Strong analytical and communication skills
