to join our growing construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project specifications, and supporting tender submissions to ensure competitive and profitable bids.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for price quotations.
Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost breakdowns.
Support project managers and procurement during tender and execution stages.
Maintain updated cost databases and historical pricing records.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
2-3 years of experience as an Estimation or Quantity Engineer (construction field preferred).
Strong knowledge of estimation tools and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
