Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare accurate material take-offs and cost estimates.
Prepare quotations, BOQs, and pricing breakdowns for aluminum and glazing works.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and technical data.
Analyze project requirements to determine labor, material, and time costs.
Support the sales and project teams with technical and pricing inputs.
Maintain updated knowledge of market prices and industry standards.
Requirements:
Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in Aluminum Estimation within the facade or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of aluminum systems, curtain walls, windows, doors, and cladding.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
