Must be:-
4+ years' of working estimation experience in the Facade (Aluminium system and Glazing) industry in the UAE.
Knowledgeable in software and tools pertinent to the industry, such as Orgadata to ensure the accuracy of estimated price.
Proficient in understanding project specifications, drawings, and blueprints.- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Proven experience in cost estimating for both commercial and residential facade projects.- ---
