Position Overview

We're looking for an experienced

Facade Design Team Leader

to guide our design unit in developing and executing world-class facade systems.
This role is ideal for a senior designer ready to step into a leadership position--someone who can balance design creativity, technical detail, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the facade design team in creating complete design packages for aluminium, steel, and glass facade systems. Review architectural and structural drawings, ensuring accuracy and constructability of facade designs. Prepare, check, and approve

shop drawings

,

fabrication drawings

, and

material take-offs

. Coordinate closely with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and clients to maintain design intent throughout execution. Oversee design quality, compliance with technical standards, and adherence to safety and client specifications. Support procurement and production teams to ensure efficient design-to-fabrication workflow. Provide technical input during site installations and resolve design-related issues in coordination with project teams. Drive continuous improvement through facade system optimization, new material research, and design innovation.

Requirements

Male applicant currently in or willing to relocate to

Umm Al Quwain

. Minimum

5 years of experience

in facade design, including

at least 2 years in a lead or senior design role

. Strong proficiency in

AutoCAD

,

Revit

,

Orgadata

, and 2D/3D modelling software. Deep understanding of aluminium and steel facade systems, curtain walls, cladding, and glazing assemblies. Solid grasp of

structural performance

,

thermal insulation

, and

installation techniques

. Proven leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills in a multi-project environment. Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
