Key Responsibilities
Design and develop facade systems such as curtain walls, cladding, glazing, and aluminum facades
Prepare detailed shop drawings, design drawings, and technical details
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and site teams
Ensure facade designs comply with project specifications, codes, and standards
Review architectural drawings and propose suitable facade solutions
Perform material selection and system detailing
Support site teams with technical clarifications and design revisions
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for system approvals
Assist in value engineering and design optimization
