Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and develop detailed
shop drawings
in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
Perform accurate
material take-offs
and coordinate effectively with
system suppliers
to ensure material compliance and availability.
Generate
fabrication drawings
and
cutting lists
to support efficient production and installation.
Ensure design outputs are in line with architectural intent, structural requirements, and project specifications.
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams throughout the design and execution phases.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Designer in the
Facade or Curtain Wall industry
.
Strong knowledge of facade systems, materials, and fabrication processes.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design tools (e.g., Revit, SolidWorks, or Rhino is a plus).
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
