1 Preparation of Shop / Fabrication Drawings with the help of AutoCad Software with reference to the Contract Drawings and Technical Specifications.
Prepares Material Submittals.
Check / review the Shop Drawings with the material submitted for client's approval.
Calculation of Material Requisition for Aluminum Profile, Hardware / Accessories and Glass etc..
To do Site Visit frequently for solving technical problems if any at site.
Prepares drawing elevations and detailed section drawings for Aluminum and Steel Works.
Preparation of Cutting List (fabrication sizes) for production of Aluminum and Glass Units.
Preparation of Bill of Material for production, installation and glass units.
Coordinate with the Sales Department if there is any variation to original contract and do with the Variation Order.
Helps the Sales Executives to close their work-out projects by assisting them on technical aspect.
To work under ISO Standards and Documentations.
