Use AutoCAD software to create 2D drafts for Shop Drawing packages related to facade/curtain wall projects and prepare material schedules.
Support the preparation of facade tender packages.
Oversee modeling efforts and maintain direct communication with Architects, Clients, Engineers, Project Leaders, etc., updating drawings as needed.
Develop facade system details based on architectural sketches.
Coordinate and monitor submission schedules to ensure timely and budget-compliant deliveries.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address and resolve any project-related issues that may impact documentation delivery.
Manage internal document control for drawings.
Review and assess design deliverables to ensure they are buildable and meet compliance standards, working closely with the client's design team and specialized suppliers.
