The ideal candidate will bring a strong design sensibility, technical proficiency, and collaborative spirit to deliver solutions that are both aesthetically striking and technically sound.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Visualization:
Develop
innovative facade designs
that meet project specifications, aesthetic goals, budget constraints, and sustainability requirements.
Create detailed
3D models and visualizations
using tools such as
AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, and SketchUp
.
Materials & Technical Detailing:
Research and specify
suitable facade materials
and finishes, balancing visual appeal with
durability, environmental performance
, and cost-effectiveness.
Prepare comprehensive
technical drawings, fabrication details, and construction documentation
.
Collaboration & Coordination:
Work closely with
architects, structural engineers, facade consultants, and contractors
to ensure design feasibility and compliance with local building regulations.
Attend and contribute to
design coordination meetings
, ensuring seamless integration of facade systems into the overall building design.
Site & Client Engagement:
Conduct
site visits
for assessment, inspections, and design verification throughout the construction phase.
Present design concepts and technical solutions to clients and
incorporate feedback
into the final design.
Problem Solving & Innovation:
Analyze and resolve complex design challenges, proposing
practical, performance-based solutions
that maintain the project's design intent.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Architecture, Industrial Design
, or a related field.
Minimum of
3 years of experience
in facade design, building envelope detailing, or a related architectural discipline.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino
, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
Strong understanding of
facade materials
, building construction, and sustainable design principles.
Excellent
graphic, verbal, and written communication skills
.
Ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously
and meet tight deadlines.

analytical and problem-solving skills
