Meraki Group is seeking a dedicated and innovative

Facade Design Draftsman

to join our design team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed design plans and specifications for high-quality facade systems. You will work closely with architects and engineers to ensure that all designs align with project objectives and comply with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings for facades using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and precision. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to incorporate architectural, structural, and MEP input into facade designs. Review project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions. Conduct design presentations and provide technical support to project teams and clients. Maintain organized project documentation and communicate updates to stakeholders. Stay current with trends and advancements in facade design technology and materials.

Requirements

Diploma or degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in facade design drafting within the construction industry. Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with Revit or similar software is a plus. Strong knowledge of facade systems, materials, and building regulations. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to effectively work in teams and communicate design ideas clearly. Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
