Facade Manager - High-Rise and Mega Projects - Dubai, UAE
Position Overview
Parsons is hiring an experienced Facade Manager in Dubai to lead the design, coordination, and delivery of innovative facade systems across a landmark high-rise and mixed-use development. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with architectural vision, technical integrity, and sustainability standards.

What You'll Do
Lead facade system design including curtain walls, cladding, glazing, louvers, and sunshades
Drive integration with architecture, structure, MEP, and fire safety teams
Evaluate facade materials, thermal and structural performance, and wind loading
Manage facade submittals, shop drawings, and performance mock-ups
Coordinate facade installation methods, risk controls, and compliance to local/international codes
Conduct technical reviews, value engineering sessions, and stakeholder presentations
Oversee vendor coordination and ensure quality assurance during construction phase
Ideal Profile
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
15+ years of facade experience in high-rise and mega project environments
Expertise in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, and FEM software
Strong knowledge of facade testing (ASTM, CWCT, NFPA 285)
Proven experience managing consultants, contractors, and suppliers
Excellent technical writing, review, and stakeholder communication skills
