The Role

Position Title:

Facade Designer Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 20K AED depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: One of the trusted names in metal fabrication companies in Dubai, known for high-quality projects in the construction and architectural sectors. : o Lead and manage the design team (engineers, draftsmen, BIM coordinators) to deliver detailed and accurate facade and aluminium designs. o Develop and implement design workflows, procedures, and standards aligned with industry best practices. o Review and approve all design outputs, including shop drawings, 3D models, BIM files, technical reports, and submittals. o Provide technical expertise on facade systems such as curtain walls (unitized and stick), ACP panels, glass facades, spider glazing, and louvers.



Requirements

Male, 45 years old and below o Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. o Minimum of 10-15 years of facade or aluminium system design experience in the Gulf region. o Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Navisworks, BIM tools, and familiar with structural analysis software and Gulf construction codes.
