Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed facade designs, shop drawings, and fabrication drawings using
LogiKal
and AutoCAD.
Prepare cutting lists, optimization reports, and material take-offs in compliance with project requirements.
Design and detail curtain wall, unitized systems, aluminum doors/windows, ACP cladding, skylights, and glazing systems.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and main contractors to resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with
UAE codes and standards
.
Review technical specifications, conduct structural assessments, and ensure feasibility of facade designs.
Provide design support to estimation, procurement, production, and site installation teams.
Keep updated with the UAE facade industry, material availability, and fabrication practices.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum
3-5 years of UAE experience
in facade design and aluminum/glass systems.
Proficiency in
LogiKal software (mandatory)
and strong skills in AutoCAD.
Solid knowledge of UAE facade market practices, material suppliers, and fabrication/installation methods.
Strong understanding of curtain wall, glazing, ACP cladding, and aluminum systems.
Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
Ability to deliver accurate designs under tight project deadlines.
