to join our design and engineering team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in facade systems, curtain walls, aluminum glazing, and cladding. This role requires the ability to translate architectural and structural concepts into accurate, buildable designs that meet both project requirements and international standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed
facade shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and 3D models
using Orgadata Logikal, AutoCAD, and Revit.
Translate architectural and structural requirements into workable facade solutions, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry codes.
Prepare system drawings for curtain walls, windows, doors, skylights, and other aluminum & facade systems.
Coordinate with
clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
to resolve technical issues and ensure design accuracy.
Generate
BOQs, cutting lists, and fabrication data
through Orgadata for production and CNC machines.
Conduct design feasibility checks, including
structural load assessments, thermal performance, and waterproofing solutions
.
Maintain and update material libraries and supplier databases within Orgadata.
Ensure all deliverables meet
project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in
Civil, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering
, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience
in facade design (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
Proficiency in Orgadata Logikal (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of
AutoCAD, Revit
, and other facade design tools.
Deep understanding of facade systems:
aluminum, curtain wall, structural glazing, ACP, louvers, skylights, etc.
Familiarity with
UAE building codes, fire & safety regulations, and international facade standards.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
Ability to
work under pressure
and deliver within tight deadlines.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
